This private pilot is for parents and guardians exploring together with a child. Children do not need an account.
What we keep
We store your drawing or confirmed idea, your corrections, generated artwork, and product choices privately. A secure session connects you to your creations. Verify your parent email to save and reopen them on another device.
Images are stored in a private Supabase bucket. Every image request checks ownership. Uploaded image metadata, including location information, is removed during preparation. Please leave names, school details, photographs of people, and other identifying information out of drawings and descriptions.
How your creation is processed
Your drawing and confirmed description are sent to OpenAI to check the source and generate artwork. Supabase provides private storage and email authentication; Inngest coordinates processing. These providers process data under their own service terms. A limited group of authorized reviewers may inspect artwork to resolve failures and check quality.
Our primary creation database is hosted in Canada. Email delivery and artwork processing may involve providers outside Canada. Resend delivers parent sign-in codes after the sender has been verified.
Artwork reviews and permission
Using a real drawing in the quality benchmark requires separate parent permission. Review copies stay private. Permission to test a drawing does not give permission to publish it or use it in marketing. You can withdraw benchmark permission; that removes its approval and starts deletion of the retained evidence, including private review exports.
This pilot has no advertising trackers or session recordings. Optional printed credits are added after generation, and are not sent to the image generator.
Keeping and deleting creations
Unsaved creations expire after seven days. Saved creations remain until you delete them. Deleting a creation immediately blocks access and cancels further processing; a scheduled cleanup removes its image files. Minimal usage records remain to enforce spending limits and investigate billing. Provider retention and database backups may outlast deletion from the active studio.
Use the delete control on a saved creation or remove all your creations below. Clearing cookies alone does not delete stored files. Save with a verified parent email before clearing cookies if you want to return.

When you choose to check delivery, we send your country, province or state, postal code and selected product variants to Printful. No artwork, child’s details, name, email or street address is included. These destination details stay in the current page and are not saved with your creation. Printful processes estimate requests under its own privacy terms. Checking delivery does not create an order.
